| be last year they file taxes on the company, per testimony there |
| were no sales this year but she testified they need to wrap up the |
| business in the taxes. Testified no lease and they had no |
| operations going in over a year on it. LLC is still technically open. |
| Need a copy of this years taxes on the business/llc to verify no |
| sales and that its no longer running. May need proof of family |
| contribution, however testified not expecting it going forward |
| unless absolutely needed as D1 is now working full time in addition |
| to D2s fulltime income |
| Need 2023 LLC and personal tax returns and need amended plan |
| that says: |
| 1. If the LLC begins operating again, the debtors must amend |
| schedule I within 30 days of any income from the LLC and must |
| provide corporate returns each year |
| 2. The debtors must provide their personal tax returns each year |
| ad if there is business loss on the tax return, then any refund must |
| be turned over o the trustee's office as an add'l plan payment. |
